What to Expect: 60 Min Mobile Target Zone
Your session brings concierge level bodywork directly to your location, focused entirely on one target zone.
Before your session
Choose a space where you can lie comfortably for the full session. A quiet room with enough space for a massage table works well. Your table will be set up with a grounding mat and table warmer already in place, so you can simply arrive and settle in.
During your session
Your massage medium is selected specifically for your session goal. If you’re working toward deep relaxation, you’ll receive a blend formulated for that intention. If you’re addressing aches and pains, you’ll receive a blend formulated for that instead. Both are clinically applied aromatherapy, pre-blended and standardized for consistency every time.
Your session focuses on hands on bodywork within your chosen target zone, drawing on orthopedic massage technique and Graston work as needed to support your goals. Single area vacuum therapy is included in your session fee, using two cups for a fifteen minute treatment cycle, actively monitored and integrated into your hands on work throughout.
After your session
You’ll leave with clear, targeted relief in the area you came in for. If ongoing work is needed, we’ll talk through what makes sense for your next visit.
Cancellation policy
We ask for twenty four hours notice to reschedule or cancel. Sessions cancelled with less notice are charged the full session rate.
Travel
This is a mobile concierge service. Travel is included within our standard service area. Per diem and travel fees apply for locations outside that area.
