How to perform:

  • Stand comfortably with feet shoulder-width apart, flat on the ground
  • Raise arms overhead with palms facing each other, arms in line with ears
  • Lower into a squat as if sitting into a chair
  • Stop at chair height or earlier if you feel pain, discomfort, or instability
  • Pause briefly at the bottom, then return to standing

How to record:

  • Wear fitted clothing (barefoot, sports bra or tank top recommended)
  • Ensure camera captures your entire body from fingertips to toes

Angles to record:

  • One squat facing the camera (anterior view)
  • One squat with right shoulder toward the camera (right lateral view)
  • One squat with left shoulder toward the camera (left lateral view)
  • One squat with back facing the camera (posterior view)

Record all views in one video if convenient.
