With one hand on your chest and one on your belly, inhale slowly through your nose, allowing your belly to rise. Then exhale fully and gently. Even two to three minutes of focused breathing can help regulate your heart rate, settle muscle tone, and support gentle lymph movement. For clients with MS, this practice can be a daily anchor, helping to ease spasticity, improve awareness, and reduce fatigue without requiring physical effort.
